Description
These Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a crispy, creamy, and fruity dessert made by wrapping a sweet cheesecake and blueberry filling in wonton wrappers and air frying to golden perfection. A quick and delightful treat!
Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves or pie filling
- 1 tablespoon water (for sealing edges)
- Cooking spray
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay out wonton wrappers and place 1/2 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 teaspoon blueberry filling in the center of each.
- Brush the edges with water and fold into triangles or desired shape, pressing to seal tightly.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place wontons in a single layer, not touching.
- Spray tops of wontons with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries in place of preserves for a less sweet option.
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking during cooking.
- These are best enjoyed warm, shortly after cooking.
