Description

These Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a crispy, creamy, and fruity dessert made by wrapping a sweet cheesecake and blueberry filling in wonton wrappers and air frying to golden perfection. A quick and delightful treat!

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry preserves or pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon water (for sealing edges)
  • Cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers and place 1/2 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 teaspoon blueberry filling in the center of each.
  3. Brush the edges with water and fold into triangles or desired shape, pressing to seal tightly.
  4. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place wontons in a single layer, not touching.
  5. Spray tops of wontons with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh blueberries in place of preserves for a less sweet option.
  • Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking during cooking.
  • These are best enjoyed warm, shortly after cooking.
