Description
Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, tossed in a flavorful buffalo sauce. Perfect for game day or a party!
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken pieces in olive oil to coat them evenly.
- Dip each chicken piece into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
- Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Once the chicken is golden brown and crispy, toss the bites in buffalo sauce to coat.
- Serve immediately with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy bites, spray the chicken with cooking spray before air frying.
- If you prefer less heat, use a mild buffalo sauce or mix it with some honey.
- These can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes to crisp up again.
