Description

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Bites are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, tossed in a flavorful buffalo sauce. Perfect for game day or a party!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in olive oil to coat them evenly.
  4. Dip each chicken piece into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
  5. Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. Once the chicken is golden brown and crispy, toss the bites in buffalo sauce to coat.
  8. Serve immediately with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispy bites, spray the chicken with cooking spray before air frying.
  • If you prefer less heat, use a mild buffalo sauce or mix it with some honey.
  • These can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes to crisp up again.
