Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
