Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
