Quick and healthy Air Fryer Chicken Bites and Broccoli, perfect for a low-fat, protein-packed meal ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While chicken cooks, toss broccoli florets in a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add broccoli to the air fryer with chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes or until broccoli is tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove and serve hot, optionally with rice or dipping sauce.
Notes
- Ensure chicken pieces are similar in size for even cooking.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
