Description

Quick and healthy Air Fryer Chicken Bites and Broccoli, perfect for a low-fat, protein-packed meal ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While chicken cooks, toss broccoli florets in a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add broccoli to the air fryer with chicken and cook for another 6-8 minutes or until broccoli is tender and chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove and serve hot, optionally with rice or dipping sauce.
