Description

Crispy, cheesy, and quick Air Fryer Nachos made with tortilla chips, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings – perfect for a snack or game day appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 1/4 cup guacamole (optional, for serving)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place a layer of tortilla chips in the air fryer basket.
  3. Sprinkle a portion of shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
  4. Add a layer of black beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, and red onions.
  5. Repeat layers if needed, but don’t overfill the basket.
  6. Air fry for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  7. Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer.
  8. Top with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro if desired.
  9. Serve immediately.
