Description
Crispy, cheesy, and quick Air Fryer Nachos made with tortilla chips, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings – perfect for a snack or game day appetizer.
Ingredients
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
- 1/4 cup guacamole (optional, for serving)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place a layer of tortilla chips in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle a portion of shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
- Add a layer of black beans, jalapeños, tomatoes, olives, and red onions.
- Repeat layers if needed, but don’t overfill the basket.
- Air fry for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Carefully remove the nachos from the air fryer.
- Top with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Customize toppings with cooked chicken, ground beef, or other favorites.
- Do not overload the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
