Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
