Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade mayonnaise for this recipe.
- If you prefer a crispier crust, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
