Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Stir well to create the pineapple glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro (optional).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- You can substitute the fresh pineapple with canned pineapple, but make sure to drain it well.
