Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped small
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for creamier texture)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cranberries, red onion, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and bacon.
