Description

These chocolate covered pretzels are a festive and delicious Easter treat, combining sweet and salty flavors with colorful decorations for the holiday.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 40 mini pretzels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Assorted Easter sprinkles
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Stir in food coloring if using.
  3. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a separate bowl using the same method.
  4. Dip pretzels halfway into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with Easter sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  6. Repeat with the remaining pretzels and chocolate.
  7. Let the pretzels set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • You can use pastel candy melts for even more festive colors.
  • Try using pretzel rods instead of mini twists for variation.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
