Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the sauce reaches your desired thickness, toss with cooked tortellini.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream based on your preference.
