Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 pounds steak (ribeye, sirloin, or preferred cut)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
