Description
Big Mac Pizza combines the flavors of the classic McDonald’s Big Mac with the indulgence of a cheesy pizza. It features seasoned beef, pickles, onions, and a homemade Big Mac sauce on a pizza crust.
Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.
- Spread Big Mac sauce over the pizza dough as the base sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add cooked ground beef and diced onions on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with diced pickles and shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle with extra Big Mac sauce if desired. Slice and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute the sauce with Thousand Island dressing if needed.
- Add sesame seeds to the crust for a more authentic Big Mac flavor.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
