Mini versions of the classic Big Mac, these sliders are packed with layers of seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, and a homemade special sauce, perfect for parties or a fun dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 slider buns or dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (or special sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season ground beef with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Slice the slider buns horizontally to separate tops and bottoms. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle diced onions and shredded lettuce over the beef.
- Layer with pickle slices and American cheese.
- Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
- Top with the remaining bun halves.
- Brush melted butter on the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use Hawaiian rolls for a sweeter bun flavor.
- Make the special sauce at home with mayo, ketchup, relish, mustard, and vinegar.
- Sliders can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
