Description

Candy Bar Pretzel Bites are a sweet and salty treat made with mini pretzels, caramel, chocolate, and your favorite candy bars. They’re perfect for parties or a quick dessert fix.

Ingredients

  • 48 mini pretzels
  • 24 soft caramels, unwrapped
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
  • 12 fun-size candy bars, chopped (e.g., Snickers, Milky Way, Twix)
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place 24 mini pretzels on the baking sheet. Top each with a caramel.
  3. Bake for 5-6 minutes, until the caramel begins to soften.
  4. Remove from oven and immediately press another pretzel on top of each caramel to create a sandwich. Let cool completely.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Top each with chopped candy bar pieces while the chocolate is still wet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  8. Let the chocolate set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.

Notes

  • You can use dark chocolate or white chocolate for variation.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Try different candy bar combinations for unique flavors.
