- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the cheesy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Feel free to add vegetables such as spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrients.
- If you prefer a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes to taste.
