Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, then add the drained linguine. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
- Add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
