Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Return the cooked beef to the skillet, then add the drained linguine. Toss everything together until well coated.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
