Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and continue beating until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until evenly mixed.
- Layer half of the cubed angel food cake in a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake cubes.
- Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, cream cheese mixture, and cherry pie filling.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use homemade whipped cream instead of frozen whipped topping.
