Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
- Add shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the bowl. Mix gently until well combined and dough pieces are coated.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
