Description

Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is a savory, cheesy pull-apart bread filled with tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and melted mozzarella. A fun and hearty twist on classic monkey bread perfect for dinner or parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the bowl. Mix gently until well combined and dough pieces are coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Ensure Alfredo sauce isn’t too watery to avoid soggy bread.
  • Serve with extra Alfredo or marinara sauce for dipping.
