Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender chicken, rich burrata cheese, and a zesty lemon butter garlic sauce. Perfect for a comforting yet refreshing meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked shredded chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Transfer to serving plates or a large bowl. Tear the burrata into pieces and place on top of the hot pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and Parmesan if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
  • Burrata should be added just before serving for maximum creaminess.
  • Can substitute spaghetti with linguine or fettuccine.
