- 8 oz egg noodles

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove and let rest, then slice.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
- Return noodles to the pot and stir in butter until melted and noodles are coated.
- Serve buttered noodles topped with sliced chicken. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
