Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces for easy melting.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer (don’t boil).
- Add the chopped chocolate to the cream and stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a fondue pot or heatproof bowl to keep warm.
- Serve with assorted dippable items like fruits, marshmallows, cake cubes, and cookies.
