- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and crushed croutons.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between the tortillas.
- Wrap each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides and rolling up from the bottom.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

- Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for best flavor.
- Add bacon bits or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and texture.
