Cinnamon Bun Overnight Oats are a delicious and healthy breakfast option inspired by the flavors of a classic cinnamon roll. They’re creamy, naturally sweetened, and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped pecans, a dollop of yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, or a sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats again and add more milk if needed to adjust consistency.
- Top with your favorite toppings such as chopped pecans, a dollop of yogurt, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Enjoy chilled or warm it up in the microwave if preferred.
