Description

This Cinnamon Butter is a creamy, sweet spread that tastes just like the famous Texas Roadhouse version. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s perfect for rolls, toast, pancakes, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, powdered sugar, honey, and cinnamon.
  2. Use a hand mixer or whisk to beat until light, fluffy, and well combined.
  3. Taste and add a pinch of salt if desired to balance the sweetness.
  4. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving for easy spreading.

Notes

  • For a whipped texture, beat the butter mixture for 2–3 minutes with a mixer.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Delicious on warm rolls, toast, muffins, waffles, or sweet potatoes.
