Description

These Circus Animal Cookie Balls are a fun, no-bake treat made with crushed animal cookies, cream cheese, and a white chocolate coating. Perfect for parties or nostalgic snacks!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Circus Animal Cookies, crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the Circus Animal Cookies until finely crushed.
  2. Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and pulse until well combined and a dough forms.
  3. Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Tap off excess and place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles if using, before the chocolate sets.
  8. Let the chocolate coating set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • You can use different colored sprinkles to match a party theme.
  • If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill slightly before shaping.
