These Circus Animal Cookie Balls are a fun, no-bake treat made with crushed animal cookies, cream cheese, and a white chocolate coating. Perfect for parties or nostalgic snacks!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Circus Animal Cookies, crushed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 2 tbsp sprinkles (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the Circus Animal Cookies until finely crushed.
- Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and pulse until well combined and a dough forms.
- Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Tap off excess and place back on the parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with sprinkles if using, before the chocolate sets.
- Let the chocolate coating set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- You can use different colored sprinkles to match a party theme.
- If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill slightly before shaping.
