Description

These no-bake cookie dough bites are a quick and delicious treat, made with simple pantry ingredients and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat, then let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add milk, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add the cooled, heat-treated flour and mix until dough forms.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form dough into bite-sized balls.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Store bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • You can freeze for longer storage—up to 3 months.
  • Use heat-treated flour to ensure it’s safe to eat raw.
