Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat, then let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add milk, vanilla extract, and salt, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the cooled, heat-treated flour and mix until dough forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to form dough into bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.
