Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
