Description

Cowboy Butter is a rich, creamy, and flavorful sauce made with butter, garlic, lemon, and a blend of herbs and spices. It’s perfect for dipping, drizzling, or spreading over meats, seafood, and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and olive oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper (if using).
