Description

Crab Stick Crackers with Crab Dip is a light and flavorful appetizer featuring crisp crackers topped with creamy crab dip and imitation crab sticks — perfect for parties or quick entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup imitation crab sticks, shredded or chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers (round or square, sturdy variety)
  • Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped imitation crab and green onion until evenly combined.
  3. Refrigerate dip for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Spoon or pipe small dollops of crab dip onto individual crackers.
  5. Top each with a small piece of crab stick or a garnish of fresh dill/parsley if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill assembled bites for up to 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use real lump crab meat for a more luxurious version.
  • Serve dip separately as a spread with crackers if preferred.
