- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center to the tail, and gently pull the meat out to sit on top of the shell.
- Brush lobster meat with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2–3 minutes.
- Remove lobster tails from the oven and spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over them.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can broil instead of bake for a crispier top.
- Ensure not to overcook lobster tails to maintain tenderness.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and melting quality.
