Description

Crockpot Candy is a simple and delicious treat made with a mix of chocolates, peanuts, and almond bark, all melted together in a slow cooker and portioned into bite-sized candies. Perfect for holidays or gifting!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white almond bark
  • 4 ounces German chocolate, chopped
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 ounces dry roasted peanuts
  • 16 ounces salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Place the white almond bark, German chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips into a crockpot.
  2. Add the dry roasted and salted peanuts on top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. Do not stir while cooking.
  4. After cooking time, stir the mixture until all the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
  6. Allow candies to set at room temperature until firm.

Notes

  • You can add festive sprinkles on top before the candy sets for a holiday touch.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
  • Try using different nuts or adding pretzel bits for variety.
