Crockpot Candy is a simple and delicious treat made with a mix of chocolates, peanuts, and almond bark, all melted together in a slow cooker and portioned into bite-sized candies. Perfect for holidays or gifting!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds white almond bark
- 4 ounces German chocolate, chopped
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 24 ounces dry roasted peanuts
- 16 ounces salted peanuts
Instructions
- Place the white almond bark, German chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips into a crockpot.
- Add the dry roasted and salted peanuts on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours. Do not stir while cooking.
- After cooking time, stir the mixture until all the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.
- Allow candies to set at room temperature until firm.
Notes
- You can add festive sprinkles on top before the candy sets for a holiday touch.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
