Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  2. Layer in the diced potatoes, followed by the chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add the green beans and sliced kielbasa on top.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • For extra flavor, sauté the kielbasa slices before adding to the crockpot.
