- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Add the olive oil or butter to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer in the diced potatoes, followed by the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the green beans and sliced kielbasa on top.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded.
- Stir gently before serving.
