Description

Easy dump-and-go crockpot chicken with ranch flavor—just add chicken, ranch mix, marinade, and water, then let the slow cooker do the work.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 tbsp garlic & herb marinade
  • 2 tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour water into the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken breasts (fresh or frozen).
  3. Stir together garlic & herb marinade and ranch mix, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Cook on LOW for 8 hours (or HIGH for ~4 hours).
  5. Serve whole or shred the chicken and mix with the cooking juices.

Notes

  • You can use frozen chicken—just add about an hour to the cooking time.
  • Shredding the chicken before serving helps it absorb the sauce.
  • Great for tacos, salads, sandwiches, or over rice.
  • Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
