Description
Easy dump-and-go crockpot chicken with ranch flavor—just add chicken, ranch mix, marinade, and water, then let the slow cooker do the work.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 tbsp garlic & herb marinade
- 2 tbsp dry ranch dressing mix
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Pour water into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add chicken breasts (fresh or frozen).
- Stir together garlic & herb marinade and ranch mix, then pour over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours (or HIGH for ~4 hours).
- Serve whole or shred the chicken and mix with the cooking juices.
Notes
- You can use frozen chicken—just add about an hour to the cooking time.
- Shredding the chicken before serving helps it absorb the sauce.
- Great for tacos, salads, sandwiches, or over rice.
- Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
