Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with mushrooms, olives, and green bell pepper.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
