Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked white rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
