- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half and roll each piece into a rope.
- Tie each rope into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while warm.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a chewier texture.
- Leftover knots can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
- Try adding red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
