Description

These easy and delicious garlic knots are soft, fluffy, and bursting with garlic flavor, making them the perfect side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half and roll each piece into a rope.
  3. Tie each rope into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while warm.

Notes

  • You can use pizza dough instead of biscuit dough for a chewier texture.
