- 1 pack instant spicy ramen (preferably Buldak or any Korean hot chicken flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 boiled egg (optional, for topping)
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a pot.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until slightly tender.
- Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pot.
- Add the sauce packet from the ramen and mix well with the noodles.
- Stir in the mayonnaise if using, and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the noodles to a bowl and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Top with boiled egg, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sauce amount for less heat if needed.
- You can add protein like cooked chicken or tofu.
- For a creamier texture, mix in a splash of milk or more mayo.
