Description

A quick and spicy Korean-inspired Buldak Ramen recipe that brings intense flavor and heat to your bowl with minimal ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant spicy ramen (preferably Buldak or any Korean hot chicken flavor)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 boiled egg (optional, for topping)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pot.
  2. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until slightly tender.
  3. Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pot.
  4. Add the sauce packet from the ramen and mix well with the noodles.
  5. Stir in the mayonnaise if using, and mix thoroughly.
  6. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
  8. Top with boiled egg, chopped green onion, and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
