Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
