Description

This Easy Date Bark recipe is a delicious and healthy no-bake treat made with dates, chocolate, and nuts. It’s perfect for a quick snack or a naturally sweet dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten the pitted dates with your fingers and arrange them closely together on the baking sheet to form a rectangle.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the layer of dates and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle chopped almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, and shredded coconut on top.
  6. Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
