- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten the pitted dates with your fingers and arrange them closely together on the baking sheet to form a rectangle.
- Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the layer of dates and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, and shredded coconut on top.
- Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
- Freeze the bark for about 30-45 minutes or until set.
