Description

Easy Lemon Lime Soda Cupcakes are light, fluffy, and bursting with citrus flavor, made with lemon-lime soda and a cake mix for a quick and refreshing dessert.

  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (e.g., Sprite or 7UP)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lime zest

  • 1 container lemon or vanilla frosting
  • Optional: extra zest or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, lemon-lime soda, vegetable oil, eggs, lemon zest, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
