- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked white or brown rice
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa or hot sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and shredded chicken.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through and well-coated with spices.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Assemble the burritos by layering rice, black beans, spiced chicken, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the burritos tightly.
- Optional: Toast the burritos seam-side down in a skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
