A fresh and sweet fruit salsa made with a mix of diced fruits, perfect for dipping or topping desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Wash, peel (if needed), and dice all the fruits into small uniform pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced fruits.
- Add lemon juice and honey or maple syrup if using, and gently mix to coat the fruit evenly.
- Stir in fresh chopped mint if desired for extra freshness.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with cinnamon chips, crackers, or as a topping for desserts.
Notes
- Best served the same day for optimal freshness.
- Feel free to substitute fruits based on season and availability.
