Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Wash, peel (if needed), and dice all the fruits into small uniform pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the diced fruits.
  3. Add lemon juice and honey or maple syrup if using, and gently mix to coat the fruit evenly.
  4. Stir in fresh chopped mint if desired for extra freshness.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled with cinnamon chips, crackers, or as a topping for desserts.
