Description
Garlic bread made in an air fryer, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich garlic butter flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread or baguette
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano (if using).
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each slice of bread.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the garlic bread for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top of the buttered bread before air frying.
- You can wrap the bread in foil for a softer texture.
