Description

Garlic bread made in an air fryer, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich garlic butter flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread or baguette
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano (if using).
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on each slice of bread.
  5. Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the garlic bread for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top of the buttered bread before air frying.
  • You can wrap the bread in foil for a softer texture.
  • Air frying time may vary depending on the thickness of the bread slices, so keep an eye on it.
  • Feel free to add more herbs or spices according to your preference.
