Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Savory Creamy Parmesan Pasta is a rich and flavorful dish combining tender chicken pieces sautéed in garlic butter with a creamy, cheesy pasta for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, then slowly add heavy cream while stirring.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to the sauce.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and combine with the pasta and sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if using.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for extra juiciness if desired.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for a veggie boost.
  • For a lighter sauce, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
