- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and kalamata olives.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add green bell peppers for extra crunch.
- For a more traditional touch, use block feta cheese and cut into cubes instead of crumbled.
- Adjust the amount of dressing according to taste.
