- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning and olive oil for up to 4 hours.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork is cooked safely without drying out.
- Bone-in chops are juicier, but boneless can be used as well.
