Description

Juicy and flavorful grilled pork chops seasoned with simple spices and cooked to perfection on the grill.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the seasoning and olive oil for up to 4 hours.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork is cooked safely without drying out.
  • Bone-in chops are juicier, but boneless can be used as well.
