Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 whole wheat burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, condiments
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with desired toppings and serve immediately.
