2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup natural peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)

1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Stir in the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the oats, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine.

Fold in the nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips (if using).

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
