Description

Refreshing and colorful homemade Bomb Pops made with layers of flavored fruit juice—perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup blue raspberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the lemon-lime soda, lemonade, lemon juice, and sugar (if using) for the white layer. Pour into popsicle molds to fill 1/3 of each and freeze for about 1 hour or until slightly firm.
  2. Pour the cherry juice over the white layer to fill the next 1/3 of the mold. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for another hour.
  3. Finally, pour the blue raspberry juice into the molds to top them off and freeze until completely solid, about 4 hours or overnight.
  4. To remove, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops.

Notes

  • You can substitute juice flavors with your preferred red, white, and blue options.
  • Add a pinch of gelatin to each layer if you prefer a less icy texture.
  • Adjust sugar depending on juice sweetness.
