A healthier, homemade version of ranch dressing that is light yet full of flavor, perfect for salads or as a dip.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and chives.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, add lemon juice for a tangier flavor.
- Chill the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
- This dressing is best when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For a thicker dressing, use less buttermilk or more Greek yogurt.
- Adjust the herbs to your preference for a more personalized flavor.
