Description

A healthier, homemade version of ranch dressing that is light yet full of flavor, perfect for salads or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and chives.
  3. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. If desired, add lemon juice for a tangier flavor.
  6. Chill the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

  • This dressing is best when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a thicker dressing, use less buttermilk or more Greek yogurt.
  • Adjust the herbs to your preference for a more personalized flavor.
