- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening

- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner and gently tap to level it out.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover the peanut butter with another teaspoon of melted chocolate and gently tap again to smooth.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer for longer shelf life.
Notes
- You can use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
- Natural peanut butter may result in a slightly softer filling.
